On Sunday, 11 June 2017 and Monday, 12 June 2017, None Shop donated a single football to Homeless Academy for every hundred euros of purchases!

None Shop cooperates with various charities and offers giving days regularly, donating a big part of the proceeds to charitable projects. To start off None Shop giving days we celebrated two days of giving on the 11th and 12th of June and our next giving day is the 7th of November 2017 - Come join us and bring some soccer gear for adults with you to None Shop!


 

None Shop’s first charitable object of the shop is the Homeless Academy.

None Shop donates a single football to Homeless Academy for every hundred euros of sales on Sunday 11 June 2017 and Monday, 12 June 2017.

If you want to support Homeless Academy's work, you can go shopping at None Shop from 11-12 June, 2017 or bring by adult soccer equipment to our physical store’s location at Tennispalatsi, where they will be forwarded to Homeless Academy. Accessories can be men's or women's. Some examples of items that are needed include: soccer shoes, ankle socks, jerseys, shorts, hoodies, etc. Soccer balls are also accepted.

HOMELESS ACADEMY RY.

Homeless Academy ry. is a non-profit association that produces and develops methods through sports for functional rehabilitation of homeless and recovering addicts in Finland.

As one of its activities, the Homeless Academy organizes, develops and coordinates the football activities in Finland for the above target group. This concept of homeless football can be reasonably called social innovation that has great positive impacts on the lives and the society of people.

The basic goal of the academy is to provide activities for homeless and recovering addicts through which they can gain positive experiences among their own peer group and, through the growth of self-esteem and productive activity work towards improving their ability to gain an education, find a job and move into a permanent home. About 90% of those who have been involved in the activity have made positive progress in regaining control of their life. Homeless Academy ry. was established in 2009. Similar activities are organized internationally in more than 70 countries.
